Electrical enclosure dedicated to the control of a complete machine for washing olives in the transfer phase within the production process of an olive oil mill. The operator can manage it either through a simple text display with function keys or alternatively with a touchscreen color monitor.

However, the control logic is entrusted to a PLC capable of verifying the process parameters and ensuring its operation even in the presence of requests/anomalies acquired remotely.
